These Terms govern your use of the website at www.dlegacybilling.com and the Services provided by Danielle's Legacy, LLC ("Danielle's Legacy," "we," "us," or "our"), including Legacy Time and Legacy Verify. The SMS Messaging Terms in Section 5 describe our text message program.

01Use of the Services

The Services are provided to Louisiana HCBS provider agencies and their authorized workforce. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes, only as authorized by the agency that operates your account, and in compliance with applicable Louisiana Medicaid and HCBS program requirements.

02Accounts & access

Access is granted through the provider agency that administers your account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

03Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to access data you are not authorized to view, interfering with the platform's operation or security, or entering information you know to be false into visit, service, or incident records.

04Intellectual property

The Services, including Legacy Time, Legacy Verify, and related software, content, and branding, are owned by Danielle's Legacy, LLC and protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Services or any of our intellectual property.

Legacy Time offers an operational text message program for enrolled workers. The key terms are below.

Messages under this program look like the following. Bracketed fields are filled in with your details at send time.

Messages are transactional and account-related. Client names and other sensitive details are not included in text messages; they are viewed after signing in to Legacy Time.

06Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep the platform accurate and available, but we do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Services support your compliance work; they do not replace your agency's obligation to meet applicable program and documentation requirements.

07Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Danielle's Legacy, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

08Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

09Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
